All applications are reviewed by the NIPC Council. Successful applicants will be accredited according to the eligibility:

Student Member (SNIPC, Intern Consultant)

Associate Member (ANIPC, Associate Consultant)

Professional Member (MNIPC, Consultant)

Members may use these designations on namecards, CVs, and professional profiles to enhance credibility and visibility.

Members across all tiers gain access to the NIPC forum and member portal, enabling knowledge-sharing, networking, and collaboration across four specialised domains: Digital Economy & Innovation, Data Governance & Compliance, Leadership & Management, and Customer Experience.

Purpose-Driven Contribution

Members can participate in meaningful initiatives that support underserved communities. This includes opportunities for low-bono and pro-bono consulting, contributing expertise to non-profit organisations and their beneficiaries.

Earning & Project Opportunities

With the expansion of ONEORVE's Technology & Digital Consultancy Services (TDCS), member will gain priority consideration for freelance and project-based earning opportunities. Student member

Entry-level access for learners building foundational skills in digital consultancy.

*Requirements:

Enrolled in a recognized educational institution (e.g., ITE, polytechnic, university).

Aged 16+. - Basic interest in tech/governance demonstrated via application essay.

Free/discounted access to workshops (up to 4/year).

Mentorship pairing with Ordinary/Fellow Members.

Networking events and resource library.

No voting rights.

Associate member

For emerging professionals transitioning to consultancy roles.

*Requirements:

1–3 years relevant experience (e.g., internships in IT/AI).

Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA or PDPA basics).

Recommendation from an existing member or academic reference.

Voting on non-strategic matters (e.g., event themes).

  1. Submission: Complete online form with personal/professional details, CV, and 500-word motivation statement aligning with Company mission.

  2. Review: Preliminary screening by NIC Coordinator for eligibility (within 7 days).

  1. Assessment: Shortlisted applicants undergo a 30-minute virtual interview or portfolio review.

  2. Council Approval: Forwarded to Membership Council for final decision (within 14 days).

  1. Notification: Acceptance via email with invoice; rejection with feedback for reapplication.

  1. Onboarding: Orientation session, code of conduct signing, and access activation.

  • Processing: 21–30 days from submission.

  • Annual Intake: Open year-round, with cohort onboarding quarterly.
