People often ask how a Registered Nurse ends up leading Customer Experience at a tech startup. It might seem unusual, but to me, it is the most natural thing in the world. Nursing taught me that true care isn't just a medical procedure, it is a feeling. It’s about making someone feel safe, seen, and valued. At ONEORVE I apply that exact same mindset to the tech world. My job is to be the heartbeat of the company, ensuring that behind every click and every connection, there is a sense of genuine empathy.

In a startup environment, it is easy to get lost in the code and the speed of innovation. My role is to make sure we never lose the human soul of our product. I am here to remind our team that on the other side of every screen is a real person looking for connection. Whether I am solving a user’s problem or designing a new community feature, I do it with the same compassion I had at the bedside. I am here to ensure that as ONEORVE grows, we don't just build a better platform, but a kinder one.
